What we collect

When you use the planner or contact Ann, you share what you choose to: your name, phone, email and details about the trip you want. The website also receives technical request information needed to operate and protect the service.

How it is used

Ann uses it to plan and quote your trip and to reply the way you asked (text, call or email). When a trip is booked, the details needed for the booking go to InteleTravel and the travel supplier (airline, resort, tour operator or cruise line) so they can provide the travel.

What we do not do

No selling or renting your information. No marketing list unless you ask to join one. No payments are taken on this website.

Optional AI-assisted trip brief

When configured, an AI service provided by Anthropic may process the trip details and contact information you submit to organize them into a brief for Ann. It does not book travel or issue prices or quotes. Ann reviews the request herself. If the AI service is unavailable, the request is formatted without AI and still emailed to Ann. Please do not include payment-card details or sensitive documents in the planner.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics is on by default; you can opt out using Cookie settings. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager to measure page visits, successful trip requests, phone-link taps and use of planning tools. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and trip messages are not sent as analytics event parameters. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization stay disabled. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your analytics preference.

Inquiry delivery and source attribution

Trip inquiries are emailed to Ann using Resend. With analytics/source attribution enabled, first-party cookies record the first and most recent traffic source for up to 180 days. Phone-link taps may record the page, time, device type, IP address and approximate city/region in the website operator’s private ledger. A phone-link tap does not reveal your phone number or prove that a call connected. Technical logs and inquiry messages are used to operate the site and assess which pages help travelers.
